Job Description:

Job Description This role combines front-of-house duties with operational support, requiring strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities across security, facilities, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, managing all reception enquiries. Coordinate visitor access, meeting room bookings, equipment, and catering support. Maintain a visible security presence and respond appropriately to incidents. Open and lock the site as required, ensuring access control procedures are followed. Issue and manage access passes and ID cards. Support daily facilities operations, including office setup and helpdesk reporting. Liaise with contractors and service providers, maintaining records and site documentation. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and maintain delivery logs. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic IT skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and booking systems. Knowledge of facilities operations and Health & Safety requirements. Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented. Flexible, reliable, and a strong team player.
