General Manager – Harley-Davidson Dealership
We are currently looking for a highly motivated, aggressive, take‑charge, world‑class, high‑volume General Manager to run our newest MEGA Dealership.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
- 1+ years of proven experience as a General Manager in a high‑volume Harley‑Davidson, RV, Powersports, Marine or Automotive New Car Dealership with 4+ years in a high‑volume supervisory position (SM/GSM).
- Knowledge and experience with Harley‑Davidson are preferred but not required.
- Can effectively manage both people and processes.
- Experience with staffing, training, motivating, volume sales, counseling, team building, low turnover and monitoring department managers.
