Who we look for

• Legal expertise – recognised expert in your field, typically with a minimum of 7 years post‑qualification experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – ambition and growth mindset to run your own practice, either individually or building a team.
• Client‑centric – established or developing client following and commitment to long‑term relationships.
• Collaborative approach – value working alongside like‑minded colleagues and contributing to an international community.
• Active practising certificate or licence with no restrictions.
• Willingness to operate on a self‑employed basis (sole trader or limited company – your choice).
