Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the site, from daily operations and team development to hitting sales and service targets.
• Create an outstanding guest experience, build a strong, motivated team, and deliver great results.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a GM in a similar food‑led pub or bar.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A proven record of growing sales and developing teams.
• Confidence with financial controls and operational standards.
• A passion for hospitality, quality, and creating a culture of success.
