Position Overview
We are seeking a Consultant Ophthalmologist with specialist interest in Cornea, General Ophthalmology and Eye casualty to join a team of ten Ophthalmology Consultants working at King’s Mill Hospital and Newark Hospital within Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Trust.
Main Duties
- May be required to undertake sessions at Newark Hospital.
- Join an existing team of consultants providing a comprehensive ophthalmic service to the western part of North Nottinghamshire, including residents of Mansfield, Ashfield and Newark districts.
- Demonstrate a wide range of ophthalmic skills and work flexibly within the department.
