Founded over 30 years ago, Sir Cameron Mackintosh’s Delfont Mackintosh Theatres Ltd owns and operates eight of the most prestigious theatres in London’s West End: the Gielgud, Noël Coward, Novello, Sondheim, Prince Edward, Prince of Wales, Victoria Palace, and Wyndham’s.
As the Head of Projects at DMT, you will play a crucial role leading the in‑house Projects Team and overseeing construction and maintenance projects across the theatre group’s assets.
Your responsibilities include planning, procurement, and delivery of capital and minor works projects throughout the DMT portfolio. This unique position, based in Mackintosh House on Shaftesbury Avenue, involves collaboration with teams across all the theatres in the West End.
You will manage two Project Managers and collaborate closely with the in‑house Architect, supporting the Property Director on various projects, and will serve as the client lead for larger works.
A background in property or construction, with a proven track record of delivering capital works in a fast‑paced environment, is essential for this role.
