Introduction

All In is a UK and Ireland access scheme for the arts and cultural sector, supporting theatres, museums, arts centres, galleries, festivals, concert halls, libraries, touring and producing companies to improve access for D/deaf, disabled and/or neurodivergent audiences. The scheme helps cultural organisations understand, improve and communicate the quality of their access offer, creating better experiences for disabled audiences and visitors.

Role Details

Reporting to the Director, Diversity, this is a newly created role where you will lead the business development activity that grows and sustains the All In subscription base. You will design and deliver a focused sales approach, identify target markets, develop compelling propositions for different customer segments and manage the journey from prospecting through to conversion and retention.

You will be part of the All In Management Team, working closely with colleagues, partners and stakeholders to ensure the scheme is commercially successful, operationally effective and trusted by the sector and its members. The role offers real scope to influence how All In grows, how it reaches new organisations and how it demonstrates value to subscribers and disabled members.

We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with a strong track record in business development, sales, account management or income generation. You may have worked in the arts, cultural or heritage sector, the visitor economy, membership or subscription services, B2B sales, partnerships or another customer-focused commercial environment. What matters most is your ability to build relationships, spot opportunities, communicate value clearly and deliver against ambitious targets.

You will be a confident, inclusive and collaborative leader who can set direction, motivate and develop others, make commercially focused decisions and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will also have line management responsibilities and oversight of All In budgets, ensuring resources are used effectively to support growth and high-quality delivery.

This is an opportunity to combine commercial ambition with social impact: growing a subscription offer while helping more cultural organisations remove barriers to access. If you are energised by developing markets, engaging new subscribers, building trusted partnerships and contributing to meaningful change for disabled audiences and visitors, we would love to hear from you.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Statement

Arts Council are committed to being an inclusive employer, building an inclusive workplace, and recruiting a workforce that is as diverse as the communities we serve. However, you identify, and whatever background you bring with you, we welcome you to apply for a role at Arts Council.
