As a commercial director you will lead and inspire a team of ambitious Account Executives, mentor colleagues, deliver our growth ambitions, lead retention initiatives across our existing client portfolio, and contribute to our placement strategy and insurer engagement.

Qualifications
- Previous experience within the Insurance Industry.
- Fundamental knowledge of the commercial side of the insurance broking world.
- Strong teamwork, engagement, and communication skills.
- Integrity and adaptability in a financially regulated organization.
