The Openwork Partnership is looking for a Head of Customer Outcomes to lead the strategy ensuring compliance with FCA Consumer Duty, delivering excellent customer experiences throughout the journey. This is a hybrid role based in Swindon.

With a strong understanding of FCA regulation and experience in Financial Services, you will manage risks, provide governance, and challenge product propositions while cultivating a customer-centric culture across the business.
