Head of Behavioural Care & Change

Numan is seeking a Head of Behavioural Programme to spearhead the design and governance of its innovative platform. The role focuses on defining principles and interventions that enhance patient engagement and behaviour modification through both human and AI coaching.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in behaviour change science as well as experience in product collaborations. You’ll work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality behavioural interventions that reach patients effectively.
