We are currently looking for apassionateDirector of Sales – Corporate& Leisure, to join our Sales and Marketing Teamon a permanent basis , with an immediate start to consistentlydeliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously refinecorporate and leisure sales strategies to achieve revenue targets acrosstransient, consortia, TMC, corporate negotiated, and leisure segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with keycorporate clients, high-end leisure agencies, travel management companies, andluxury travel consortia (e.g., AMEX, FORA, Virtuoso).
- Conduct regular client meetings, organize salestrips, and attend industry events to promote the hotel and strengthen strategicpartnerships.
- Lead annual RFP processes, account reviews, andcontract negotiations with a focus on profitability, yield optimization, andlong-term value creation.
- Lead, inspire, and manage the Corporate and LeisureSales team by setting clear objectives, KPIs, and development plans to driveperformance and support career progression.
You will be required to work such hours as are necessary tofulfil their duties and, in any event, not less than hours.
