Our client is a leading M&E contractor with offices across the UK and they need an Electrical Site Manager to join their site team.
They are currently turning over £500m and cover a wide range of sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Education, Healthcare, MOD, MOJ and much more!
The initial project is within the Education sector based in London for a period of 5 months and there is a strong pipeline for projects to follow up to 2029 where you will be onsite from project to project nationally.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, yet growing business where you would manage all aspects of the site’s requirements, operating within a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage site
- Manage Resource
- Manage Sub-contractors
- Planning & programming
- Manage H&S
- Manage QA
- Liaising with main contractors and other trades
Requirements
- SSSTS/ SMSTS Certification & 2391
- Trades background (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Experience in Building Services projects
- Willing to travel Nationally
