Birmingham | 4‑Week Contract | £280 per Shift CIS | Immediate Start

Overview

Bee Construction is recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a live fitness facility in Birmingham. This is a non‑working Site Manager position, responsible for managing the day‑to‑day running of the project, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety are maintained throughout.

Duties Include

• Managing day‑to‑day site operations
• Coordinating subcontractors
• Leading daily site briefings and client meetings
• Ensuring health and safety compliance
• Reviewing RAMS and permits where required
• Monitoring programme and quality of works
• Liaising with the Project Manager and Project Director
• Maintaining a clean, safe and well organised site
• Reporting progress throughout the project

Essential Requirements

• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• Asbestos Awareness
• Valid CSCS card
• Previous retail, commercial fit‑out or refurbishment experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
