Vice President, NAV Lending & Fund Finance

An established financial institution with a multi-billion euro balance sheet is expanding its NAV lending and fund finance capability and is looking to hire a VP to help lead this growth.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone comfortable working across the full deal lifecycle – from client engagement through to due diligence and execution – within a lean, high‑ownership team structure, backed by the balance sheet and infrastructure of an established institution.

What you’ll be doing:

• Structuring and executing NAV‑based lending and fund finance transactions across a range of structures and strategies (e.g. GP‑level and LP‑level financings, private equity NAV facilities, and related structures)
• Reviewing and assessing investment opportunities, evaluating risk/return across varied and often complex deal structures
• Balancing client‑facing responsibilities with detailed credit and structural analysis
• Adapting to non‑standardised, deal‑by‑deal structuring – flexibility is more important than a fixed template

What we’re looking for:

• Background in structured finance, with exposure to fund finance, NAV lending, or adjacent structured credit products
• Strong execution and analytical skills – comfortable getting into the detail on complex transactions
• Corporate credit analysis experience an advantage
• Entrepreneurial, adaptable mindset suited to a smaller, less siloed environment

This is a broad mandate covering a genuine variety of structures and strategies, not a single narrow product line.
