Private Equity Associate — High-Value, Cross-Border Transactions

Sonder Consultants is looking for a Private Equity associate to join their growing team in London. This role includes advising on a broad range of high-value private equity transactions including acquisitions and disposals.

Candidates should have 3–7 years’ PQE from a leading law firm and possess a strong commercial mindset. You will work closely with experienced partners on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
