Head of Data – PE-Backed Financial Services

Camino Search are currently partnering with a private equity backed financial services client hiring for a Head of Data to support the next phase of growth.

This individual will help build scalable data capability following recent private equity acquisition, supporting the technology modernisation and wider organic growth strategy alongside ramping up M&A activity.

Paying c.£100,000 base salary, looking to start as soon as possible but can wait up to 3 months for notice periods.

Required Experience:

• Proven Head of Data, bringing both strategic leadership and hands-on technical ability.
• Track record building and transforming data environments in scaling / growing businesses, including developing the right foundations for AI enablement.
• Experience in private equity backed environments, ideally buy-and-build platforms.
• High commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills to engage with the wider leadership and teams on the ground.
