Venue Technology Manager (Ref: 196971)

We are currently recruiting for a Venue Technology Manager to join a globally recognised sports venue. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the technology that powers matchdays, live events and global broadcasts, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for fans, broadcasters and corporate clients.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the venue’s AV, IPTV, LED screens and digital technology infrastructure
• Overseeing matchday technology including replay screens, PA systems and broadcast operations
• Supporting conferences, hospitality events and live entertainment with seamless technology delivery
• Working closely with external broadcasters to ensure high-quality live event coverage
• Managing relationships with AV suppliers, contractors and freelance technicians
• Partnering with internal technology teams to integrate venue systems, digital signage and network infrastructure
• Ensuring all venue technology is maintained, optimised and event‑ready

What they’re looking for:

• Experience managing venue, stadium or event technology environments
• Strong knowledge of AV systems, IPTV, LED displays and broadcast technology
• Experience working with third‑party suppliers and technical partners
• Understanding of live event or sports technology operations
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to perform under pressure in a live event environment
