The End User Computing (EUC) team will be responsible for all end user related technology needs incorporating hardware, software and processes.
About the Role
As EUC Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining our end user technology strategy and building a committed technology team to deliver this vision. You will lead a talented team of IT EUC Engineers and Technicians with experience in end user hardware maintenance, network connectivity, Microsoft Office and productivity software, audio‑visual technology and IT asset management. Most importantly, you will introduce a step change in approach to end user customer care with a focus on innovation and automation.
Responsibilities
- Define end user technology strategy and vision.
- Build and lead a team of IT EUC Engineers and Technicians.
- Introduce a step change in end user customer care with a focus on innovation and automation.
- Ensure hardware, software and processes meet end user needs.
Qualifications
- Technical experience in end user hardware maintenance, network connectivity, Microsoft Office & productivity software, audio‑visual technology and IT asset management.
- Experience with OS lifecycle, group policy, patching, software packaging/distribution, platform updates, VPN, Microsoft 365, mobile device management, BYOD, virtual desktop environment, meeting‑room collaboration systems.

- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, including third‑party support providers, industry partners, internal project delivery and system vendors.
- Strategic, analytical thinking and sound decision‑making ability.
- Leadership and mentorship of team members.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.

Security & Clearance
You will need to have an SC clearance with no restrictions, or you must have the ability to obtain an SC clearance.
