I’m working with an early stage AI company that’s building software used by private equity and investment firms to automate complex financial workflows. This isn’t an AI wrapper. They’re building AI into the core product, using it to structure, reconcile and understand financial data while shipping quickly with modern AI engineering tools.

They’re looking for engineers who enjoy owning features end to end, from architecture and APIs through to polished frontend experiences.

Ideal background

• 5+ years building production applications
• Comfortable across the full stack with TS, Node, React and AWS
• Startup mindset and happy moving quickly
• Interested in AI assisted development and tools like Cursor or Claude
