What you’ll do

• Be involved in all aspects of property litigation, working with private clients as well as corporate clients and retailers, landowner developers, and property developers and investors.
• Play an important part in growing and developing the Property Litigation team over time.
• Handle your own caseload whilst knowing when and how to seek support and guidance on more challenging matters.
• Active engagement with clients early on, supported by high‑quality supervision, and progressive independence over time.

What we’re looking for

• Expertise across a range of contentious property matters, including disputes concerning development land (including telecoms) and property contracts, as well as landlord and tenant matters such as dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture and breach of lease covenants.
• Strong motivation to build new client relationships and nurture existing ones, and to develop your skills by understanding the wider context of clients’ business interests.
