Interim M&A Lead — Cross-Border Deals

Hansen Filler Associates is partnering with a PE-backed entertainment organisation seeking an Interim M&A Consultant to support ongoing transformation. This role focuses on negotiation, transaction execution, financial modelling, and due diligence for smaller M&A deals.

The candidate should have proven M&A execution experience and fluency in German, Spanish, or French, in addition to English. The position is based in the London office and offers a rate of up to £1,000/day outside IR35.
