Your Role
As a Managing Consultant / Senior Manager – AI‑Driven Process Analytics within EDA, you will lead and deliver strategic process transformation initiatives with a strong focus on leveraging data, analytics and AI to drive operational excellence and optimise process performance. You will translate complex process and operational challenges into robust solutions that deliver measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI‑driven process models across complex system landscapes.
- Oversee development of data pipelines, including extraction, transformation, normalisation and quality controls to support scalable AI‑enabled process discovery.
- Apply ML techniques (clustering, sequence modelling, anomaly detection) to identify automation candidates, bottlenecks and root‑cause patterns.
- Shape intelligent automation pathways, embedding ML‑supported decision logic into workflow engines, RPA bots, agentic AI and orchestration platforms.
- Define technical governance and model controls, including monitoring, drift detection, explainability requirements and compliance frameworks across discovery and automation models.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build client capabilities in data and AI literacy and process analytics.
- Lead and contribute to business development: proposals, RFPs, bids, pitches, client hosting at events.
- Develop internal contributions: campaign development, practice development, whitepapers, offer development.
- Drive learning and development: build team capability, provide development opportunities and training to meet evolving skill demands.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in process mining and process intelligence platforms (e.g., Celonis, Signavio, ARIS, UiPath Process Mining, Microsoft Process Advisor, Automation Anywhere Discovery Bot).
- Experience using intelligent automation and orchestration tools (RPA platforms such as Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere; workflow orchestration tools; low‑code/no‑code applications like Power Platform, Appian, Mendix).
- Applied AI, analytics and machine learning for process improvement (ML/statistical techniques in operational environments, LLMs, GenAI, Agentic AI).
- Strong consulting and leadership skills: lead end‑to‑end process transformation or optimisation programmes; deliver automation initiatives; senior stakeholder management, influencing skills and commercial acumen; manage teams within Agile or multi‑disciplinary environments; develop new propositions or capability areas; excellent storytelling and communication of technical insights to non‑technical audiences.
