WeAreTechWomen seeks a Principal Engineer for AI Adoption to join our Enterprise AI engineering team. You will spearhead the AI strategic roadmap and work closely with IT leadership to ensure AI drives business value using advanced GenAI capabilities.
The successful candidate will leverage extensive experience in software engineering, particularly in DevSecOps environments, and possess deep skills in RAG, LLMs, and MLOps. This role requires mentoring junior engineers and establishing compliance with security standards.
The position is hybrid located in Hook, UK with occasional travel required.
