Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Promote and market Ayala Land’s residential brands
• Represent the organization at sponsored booths, events, roadshows and other marketing initiatives
• Maximize digital marketing platforms and tools to generate leads and expand market reach
• Provide accurate and detailed project information, process, and computation accordingly
• Achieve required target on a monthly basis

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Tagalog
• Must be a permanent resident of UK or hold valid work permit
• Experience in real estate sales or marketing is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Philippine property market is preferred
• Self‑motivated, dynamic, results driven, and entrepreneurial‑minded
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skill
