Games Workshop has a new and fantastic opportunity to join our Engineering team as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer.
As Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will work alongside the Engineering Manager and Project Management team to ensure the safe delivery of large scale technically complex projects within Manufacturing and Estates. You will champion best practice and full compliance with contractor management and sustainability, maintain strong collaborative ties to our Health and Safety teams, audit projects post completion, provide mentorship, and ensure crystal clear messaging.

Responsibilities
- Ensure safe delivery of large scale technically complex projects within Manufacturing and Estates.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to consistency, completing tasks with the highest level of accuracy and reliability.
- Champion best practice and full compliance with contractor management and sustainability.
- Maintain strong collaborative ties to Health and Safety teams.
- Audit projects post completion and provide clear recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as an Engineering subject matter expert, providing expertise for a wide range of Manufacturing and Estate operations with emphasis on Plastics Manufacturing.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to existing Engineers and Engineering apprentices, aligning input with company policies and goals.
- Support the development of clear service level agreements and measures to ensure expectations and performance are understood by all parties and that improvement plans can be formed and implemented.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an Engineering role within a Manufacturing environment.
- Detailed knowledge of Plastics Manufacturing, with particular reference to injection moulding and tool making.
- Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong desire to promote a continuous improvement culture and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver change.
