We are supporting a global change and transformation consultancy as they grow a new area of their London practice. This team helps clients turn strategy into practical delivery, supporting complex transformation programmes across digital, technology, business change and operating model environments.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading workstreams across complex transformation and programme delivery engagements
• Supporting the delivery of digital transformation, change and technology-enabled programmes
• Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Turning ambiguous client challenges into clear plans, actions and deliverables
• Managing delivery plans, risks, issues, dependencies and governance
• Facilitating workshops and producing high-quality client-facing presentations
• Supporting team members and helping drive delivery performance
• Contributing to proposals, RFPs, account growth and new business opportunities
• Helping clients achieve lasting business outcomes from transformation work

We’d like to see

• 5 to 7 years’ experience in consulting, advisory or professional services
• Strong programme or project management experience
• Exposure to digital transformation, business transformation or change management work
• Experience leading workstreams or supporting complex consulting engagements
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
• Ability to solve complex problems and create clear, practical delivery plans
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, governance and reporting
• Confidence producing client-facing decks, written deliverables and recommendations
• Some exposure to proposals, RFPs, account growth or business development
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in helping grow a developing practice
