The role
We’re looking for an ambitious Digital Web Manager to optimise the digital experience across our market-leading brands.
Our websites are key commercial assets, driving leads, engaging customers and supporting the full customer journey. You’ll own website performance, improve conversion and ensure every digital touchpoint reflects our brands.
Working across SEO, AEO, CRO, CRM, Content and Technology, you’ll deliver continuous improvements, manage development partners and keep our websites fast, effective and future‑ready.
You’ll play a key role in balancing commercial priorities with customer experience helping to drive lead generation while ensuring every website consistently reflects the quality of our brands.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Website Performance
Own the performance of our websites across multiple brands.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Website health and performance
- Website quality and consistency
- Technical improvements
You’ll ensure every website is treated as a living product that is continually improving.
Website Development
Own the website development roadmap.
Working with internal stakeholders and external agencies you’ll:
- Translate business requirements into clear briefs
- Manage delivery from external development partners
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Balance quick wins with longer‑term improvements
Work alongside the CRO and SEO teams to continually improve website performance.
You’ll:
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion
- Support testing programmes
- Analyse customer behaviour
- Recommend UX improvements
- Ensure learnings are implemented across brands
Website Content & Brand Experience
Own the quality and consistency of our digital experience.
- Websites accurately represent each brand
- Content is well structured and easy to navigate
- Messaging is consistent
- Brand guidelines are reflected online
- Content is published accurately and efficiently
Working closely with Brand and Content teams, you’ll help ensure our websites are both commercially effective and on‑brand.
SEO & AI Search
Partner closely with the SEO and AEO teams to ensure our websites are technically optimised.
You’ll support delivery of:
- Technical SEO improvements
- Internal linking
- Site structure
- Schema implementation
- AI Search readiness
- Content publishing best practice
Analytics & Insight
You’ll monitor:
- Website traffic
- Technical performance
You’ll turn insight into actions that improve website performance and commercial outcomes.
Stakeholder & Agency Management
Build strong relationships across Marketing, Technology and the wider business.
You’ll:
- Coordinate multiple website projects
- Communicate progress clearly
- Ensure work delivers measurable value
About you
You’ll be someone who enjoys improving digital experiences and using data to make websites perform better.
You’re organised, commercially minded and equally comfortable discussing customer journeys with marketers as you are briefing technical work to developers.
You’ll bring:
- Experience managing websites within a B2B, multi‑site or enterprise environment.
- Strong CMS experience (WordPress preferred).
- Good understanding of website UX and customer journeys.
- Experience working with web analytics (GA4, Looker Studio or similar).
- Knowledge of CRO principles and website optimisation.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and technical website improvements.
- Experience managing agencies or development partners.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
