Job Overview
Accomplished Project Manager with a proven track record in the delivery of fixed cost programmes, within a matrix organisation. Able to operate effectively in a matrix or cross‑functional environment, interfacing and influencing customers and suppliers as well as briefing to senior management level.
Experience of management of project scope, identifying deviations and negotiation of changes and their impact on the overall project. An eye for detail, able to identify risks and opportunity trends within cost, schedule and quality data and able formulate plans in order to mitigate risk and deliver opportunities.
Enthusiastic and pro‑active individual who can prioritise objectives as well as managing the day‑to‑day tactical actions. Able to construct and maintain project plans and familiar with project planning software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project. Experience in the compilation of bid and estimates based on previous products or by working with design and engineering teams on new product definitions. Able to work collaboratively with stakeholders throughout the organisation.
Good command of Microsoft packages including Excel and PowerPoint. Experience within an engineering or production environment would be of preference. Knowledge and experience of production transfer projects. Interface and maintain a strong working relationship with Manufacturing Industrial Transfer Engineers. Act as the main point of contact for Industrial Transfer projects for all stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management of fixed cost programmes.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Primavera, Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Background in engineering or production environments preferred.
- Understanding of production transfer projects.
Qualifications – Security
Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship. Minimum requirement to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS) after an offer.
