Responsibilities
You will manage a patch of properties, delivering a high-quality, responsive housing management service. You’ll support tenants to sustain their tenancies, handle anti‑social behaviour cases, and ensure homes are let efficiently. Working closely with residents, colleagues, and external agencies, you’ll play a key role in maintaining safe neighbourhoods, improving local environments, and using customer feedback to drive continuous service improvement.
