As we grow we’re looking to hire an experienced Senior Product Consultant on a permanent basis. You will be a key member of our consultancy team, driving the development of impactful digital products and overseeing a diverse portfolio of technical initiatives.
Qualifications
- Agile background and experience operating as Product Owner within the full Product Development Lifecycle (from idea to live)
- A pragmatic approach to Agile methods and frameworks
- Ability to form product Vision, Strategies and roadmaps
- A keen eye for detail with regards to KPIs and Metrics, but also the ability to see the bigger picture.
- Natural facilitator bringing people into conversations and workshops to ensure true collaboration
- Proven experience in prioritising work based on value, and identifying any diminishing return on investment for projects
- Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
- Customer first, ABCD thinking mindset
- Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
Nice‑to‑Haves
- Experience in working in multiple industries or sectors
- Experience in a Tech Consultancy Company
- Experience of working in both Public and Private sectors
