Part-Time Peer Engagement Worker (Criminal Justice)

Practice Plus Group is seeking a Service User Engagement Worker with lived experience of the criminal justice system to join their team in South Yorkshire. This role involves engaging with vulnerable individuals as they transition out of prison, providing them with the necessary support and guidance.

The ideal candidate will have relevant volunteering experience, ideally possess Level 2 Peer Mentor training, and demonstrate a strong passion for supporting service users in navigating their healthcare and social needs.
