Limelight Health is seeking a Customer Care Team Lead in Greater London for a 12-month maternity cover. In this role, you will lead the Customer Care team to provide exceptional service during sensitive customer journeys, including complaint handling and support for vulnerable customers.
You will also be responsible for mentoring team members, monitoring complaints, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. A minimum of 1 year in a similar leadership role is required, preferably in Fintech or regulated Financial Services.
