Pastoral Manager: Student Support & Attendance Leader

Marple Hall School in Stockport is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Manager to join our pastoral team. The role focuses on supporting students’ learning by addressing behavior and attendance while fostering positive relationships with parents and outside agencies.

Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to the development of young people, an understanding of the challenges they face, and the ability to set high expectations. You’ll be part of a supportive pastoral team and will directly work with the Head of Year and Pastoral Senior Leaders.
