Strategic Highways & Transport Planning Lead

The Guildhall Northampton is seeking a Principal Highways and Transport Planning Officer to lead on transport strategy and policy. This role is pivotal in preparing and implementing the Local Transport Plan (LTP) for the safety and efficiency of the road network.
