Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an Electrical Contracts Manager to join a well-established and growing electrical compliance contractor. This is a key leadership role within the Electrical Operations team, managing multiple commercial contracts and overseeing field-based engineers. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with compliance standards, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications
Essential
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (C&G 2382-18 or later)
- Electrical Inspection & Testing (C&G 2391 or equivalent)
Desirable
- Experience delivering EICRs, emergency lighting, thermal imaging and remedial works
- Previous experience within commercial electrical compliance environments
Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing a team of field-based engineers and acting as the day‑to‑day operational lead
- Overseeing the delivery of multiple electrical compliance contracts from start to finish
- Liaising with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitoring project progress through regular site visits and reporting on completed works
- Managing labour allocation, materials, and overall contract requirements
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and implementing improvements
- Attending client meetings to discuss project performance and requirements
- Supporting estimating through site surveys
- Providing technical support and problem‑solving assistance to engineers
- Ensuring all works comply with BS 7671, Electricity at Work Regulations, and relevant codes of practice
- Supporting the delivery of EICRs, emergency lighting testing, and remedial works
- Assisting with HR‑related matters, including performance and disciplinary processes where required

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards
- Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills
- Deliver excellent customer service across all client interactions
- Work independently and use initiative to resolve issues
- Travel to various sites as required
