Surveying Manager (Hybrid Working) North
37 hours per week (working from Epworth House, Derby 2 days per week)
For this position, the post‑holder will be homebased with responsibility for surveying properties located across the following areas:
- Midlands
- North West
- The North
- Yorkshire

Responsible for our Northern operating area, you will lead a small team of surveyors, overseeing the delivery of investment programmers, building surveying and diagnostics, developing specifications and scopes of work, ensuring compliance checks and remedials are discharged and generally contributing to all things property
You will work closely with contractors, consultants, and internal colleagues to deliver effective, efficient, and compliant surveying services, and be the link between strategy and delivery.
