IT Project Coordinator – Networking and Hotel Tech

Salary: £35,000 – 40,000 per year

Requirements

• Experience in IT infrastructure, networking or technical installations.
• Customer-facing experience.
• Good planning, organisation and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and the confidence to communicate project progress, risks and delays.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Applicants must already have the legal right to work in the UK.
• We are unable to provide Skilled Worker visa sponsorship or any other employer sponsorship for this position.
• Ideally, candidates should live within the South East, Midlands or surrounding areas with good access to the motorway network.
• Experience working with IT clients: 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hotel technology installation and upgrade projects.
• Work with customers, engineers, suppliers and our sales team.
• Plan project activities and schedules.
• Monitor progress and keep customers informed.
• Visit customer sites from survey through to project handover.
• Take ownership of your own projects while supporting our wider Project Management team.
• Travel regularly throughout the UK and occasionally to Ireland for customer visits and project delivery.
