Key Responsibilities
- Define architectural standards and frameworks for software development.
- Spearhead the development of critical systems that require high reliability.
- Contribute technical roadmaps and strategic planning sessions.
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies to solve business needs.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skills development across the engineering team.
- Maintain oversight of project timelines and deliverables to ensure quality.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software developers.
- Ensure the technical feasibility and resource allocation for new game features.
- Conduct and lead highly complex projects that require technical harmonization of multiple systems and other disciplines.
- Contribute to corporate‑level technical programs and represent the studio’s technical views.
Required Education, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in software development or a similar role.
- Outstanding expert in technical architecture and programming.
- Prior experience in system design and backend integration is a must.
- Strategic understanding of game design and ability to engage in projects encompassing creative and technical art teams.
- Hands‑on problem‑solving approach for debugging to resolve complex technical problems.
- Experience in performance management, talent acquisition, and mentoring processes within technology teams.
- Experience in stakeholder management and facilitation.
