Stock Condition Surveyor: Housing Asset & Planning

Essex County Council is supporting Harlow District Council in recruiting a temporary Stock Conditions Surveyor on an initial 12-month basis. The successful candidate will be conducting comprehensive stock condition surveys across the housing portfolio to ensure compliance and support future investment decisions.

This role requires a motivated individual with relevant experience in social housing and excellent interpersonal skills. The position is primarily on site, requiring candidates to undertake regular inspections throughout the district.
