The Position
We are seeking experienced Maître D’ who take pride in genuine service and have a love for outstanding food and drink. If you are warm, personable, and driven by excellence, we would be delighted to hear from you.
Previous experience within a high‑volume premium restaurant is essential.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role in a busy high‑end restaurant.
- Outstanding communication and people skills.
- Courteous, friendly personality and professional appearance.
- Superb multitasking skills and eye for detail.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent service with speed and efficiency.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to handle tense situations with coworkers and customers calmly and rationally.
- Able to meet physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods and working nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures.
- Available to work different hours including weekends.
