Careers & Employability Lead, Trust-wide (Term-Time)

Chiltern is seeking a dedicated professional to lead a Trust-wide careers and employability strategy across its campuses in the UK. You will engage directly with students and work to build employer relationships tailored to Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

The role offers term-time-only working with all school holidays off, as well as CPD opportunities for professional development and a supportive working environment.
