AI Specialist

Spektr is building infrastructure and AI agents to automate compliance workflows for large financial companies.

Responsibilities

  • Go on-site with clients to map compliance workflows and identify high-volume manual tasks for AI automation.
  • Explore possibilities of automation in regulated environments beyond current capabilities.
  • Build and demonstrate working prototypes to show clients the practical impact of automation.
  • Define and validate use cases with rigorous success metrics, run pilots, and build a convincing case for scaling.
  • Translate unmet opportunities into structured product briefs that influence the platform roadmap.
  • Guide clients on data readiness, governance, integration constraints, and change management for enterprise AI deployment.
  • Package every validated use case to make it repeatable across the client base.

Qualifications

  • AI-native mindset: ability to spot automation opportunities instinctively and evaluate feasibility.
  • Proven experience building and deploying production AI systems (LLMs, agents, document processing, workflow automation, etc.).
  • Strong forward‑deployed or solutions engineering instincts: comfortable diagnosing in clients’ environments and building on the ground.
  • Deep knowledge of moving from proof‑of‑concept to production within large, regulated enterprises, including typical blockers and mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, from technical prototyping to executive presentations.
  • A willingness to focus on the compliance domain partner’s coverage while maintaining curiosity about that space.

This role may not be ideal for someone who prefers a purely research or advisory focus rather than building and deploying AI solutions.
