The getGroup Corporation is the UK’s fastest growing Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) and container self-storage platforms.
Through our brands, getYards and getBoxxd, we acquire, develop and operate industrial outdoor storage and container self-storage sites across the UK. As we continue our rapid expansion, we are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Asset & Leasing Manager to join the team.
This is a unique opportunity to operate as the commercial owner of a portfolio of sites, taking responsibility for occupancy, revenue growth, customer retention and overall asset performance.
The Role
The Asset & Leasing Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the performance of a portfolio of getYards and getBoxxd locations across the UK.
Combining sales, customer relationship management and asset management, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving commercial performance across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing inbound customer enquiries and converting leads into customers.
- Conducting customer calls, site meetings and site viewings.
- Negotiating and issuing commercial licence agreements.
- Driving occupancy, revenue growth and profitability across assigned sites.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Conducting formal customer reviews and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Monitoring site performance and maintaining site-level P&Ls.
- Undertaking regular site inspections to ensure assets operate to company standards.
- Identifying opportunities to improve asset performance and customer experience.
- Supporting the launch, lease-up and stabilisation of new locations.
- Working closely with the sales, operations, marketing and technology teams.
About You
You will be highly commercial, customer focused and results driven, with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your portfolio.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
Experience within industrial property, self-storage, logistics, real estate, sales, account management or franchising would be advantageous, although attitude, ambition and cultural fit are equally important.

Location
National role with one day per week in our Weybridge, Surrey office, alongside regular travel to sites across the UK and hybrid working.
