Responsibilities
- Desktop support, including the build of new machines and hardware triage activities.
- Install and configure desktops and laptops with Windows 11.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to Windows operating systems.
- Procure and provision new hardware.
- Monitor and work within the ticketing system to resolve user incidents and requests related to Windows 11 project activities.
- Work with internal IT teams, third‑party stakeholders and Shared Service Centre teams.
- Ensure administrative activities associated with the project, such as order processing and scheduling, are achieved and maintained.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the IT Service Delivery Manager and Project Lead when necessary.
- Provide technical IT support to users and key stakeholders via telephone, email, MS Teams or in person.
- Apply problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Deliver excellent service and support to the business community and stakeholders.
- Identify potential issues proactively.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Maintain working knowledge of IT hardware and software.
- Communicate written and verbally with clarity and effectiveness.
- Demonstrate professionalism.
- Manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and completing tasks in a timely manner.
- Focus on teamwork, working efficiently and effectively to support team members.
Location & Benefits
