Estates & Portfolio Manager (MRICS) – London or Birmingham

TPL Talent Solutions is seeking an Estates Surveyor to join their established international property consultancy team. The position can be based in either London or Birmingham, focusing on managing retail-led clients’ operational portfolios across the UK.

The successful candidate will resolve property-related issues, manage sublet properties, conduct inspections, and oversee contractors. MRICS qualification and previous experience in property or estate management are preferred.
