Job Description:

At HCRG Care Ltd, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Credit Controller to help keep our finances running smoothly and support the delivery of vital services. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and making a real impact on cashflow performance, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage customer accounts and monitor outstanding debt
  • Proactively chase payments and ensure timely collections
  • Investigate and resolve invoice queries efficiently
  • Prioritise collections and work closely with internal stakeholders
  • Produce aged debt reports and provide updates to management
  • Allocate payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Support month-end and year-end processes
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

What We’re Looking For

  • Confident communicating via phone and email
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Experienced in credit control, accounts receivable, or similar
  • Proficient in Excel and MS Office
  • A strong relationship-builder with a proactive mindset

Desirable

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics 365 Business Central)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Interest in using AI/Copilot to improve processes

  • £27,038 – £29,000 annual salary with group pension
