Senior FP&A Manager

We’re partnering with a fast-scaling, VC-backed SaaS business to find a Senior Manager of FP&A who will play a pivotal role in elevating financial planning, forecasting and performance analytics as the business professionalises its finance function.

This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role, sitting close to senior finance leadership and working cross‑functionally with Commercial, Product, Technology and Operations to drive insight‑led decision‑making across the organisation.

You’ll take ownership of key forecasting workstreams, sharpen reporting quality, and help build a best‑in‑class KPI and analytics framework fit for a data‑driven, scaling business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting end‑to‑end forecasting, budgeting and long‑range planning cycles
• Owning core components of the forecast model — spanning revenue, customer, product and cost drivers
• Producing monthly reporting, variance analysis and performance commentary for senior stakeholders
• Building and refining the company’s SaaS KPI and productivity metrics framework
• Partnering with BI and data teams to develop automated dashboards and strengthen data integrity across systems
• Leading scenario modelling and business case analysis to inform strategic calls — hiring, pricing, investment and beyond
• Acting as a trusted finance partner to functional leads, supporting planning, performance reviews and ROI evaluation
• Identifying and implementing improvements to FP&A processes, systems and reporting automation

What You’ll Bring

• 5–8 years’ experience in FP&A, strategic or commercial finance within a SaaS / recurring revenue environment
• Strong financial modelling and forecasting capability, with the confidence to independently own major workstreams
• Solid grounding in core SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV, pipeline) and an understanding of R&D/product productivity drivers
• A track record of translating complex data into clear, actionable insight for senior, non‑finance stakeholders
• Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to drive accountability across functional teams
• Sharp attention to detail and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset

Nice to Have

• Exposure to modern FP&A tooling (e.g. Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, Mosaic)
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce or NetSuite
• Background in accounting, consulting, data analytics or operational finance
• Experience in multi‑entity, multi‑currency environments
