Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Lead Finance Analyst, Anaplan Operations. This role will be sourced out of the New Brunswick, NJ or Pinewood, UK location.
This position supports the Finance Solutions & Technology team for Project SigniFi, a multi‑year program that delivers global standardization, enhanced digital capabilities, and process simplification to improve the employee experience and the J&J Finance Way.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Code Retrofit / Isolation Regression Testing
- Oversee the regression strategy for Enterprise Models within the Code Retrofit/Isolation framework.
- Coordinate testing windows, provision access, and develop and execute test scripts.
- Provide functional knowledge support to testers and ensure testing adheres to SQA guidelines.
- Lead E2E Team Initiatives – Medtech & Corporate Anaplan Deployment
- Collaborate with the E2E team to facilitate MVP testing coordination.
- Oversee data movement for testing and assist in preparation activities.
- Maintain a RAID log across multiple testing cycles and prepare presentation materials for leadership.
- Develop Adoption Metrics
- Create defect analysis after each BST and UAT cycle for MedTech and Corporate.
- Track metrics consistently across cycles to ensure proper monitoring.
- Collaborate with the End‑to‑End Team to gather learnings and insights and present findings to leadership.
- Support historical defect research for the Anaplan Operations initiative.
- Regression Automation
- Lead the automation initiative for TOSCA and RightData, increasing the number of automated tests.
- Design and implement automated testing solutions to improve operational efficiencies.
- Support the Data Validation Team
- Assist with regression testing and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Use Alteryx, Python, SQL, and APIs for technical processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum five years of finance, accounting or related business experience.
- Experience supporting Anaplan, with Level 1 or 2 model builder certification preferred.
- Experience designing, developing, implementing, and leading FP&A technology solutions preferred.
- Strong change management skills and ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
- Excellent oral and written communication, analytical and influencing skills, and ability to develop strong relationships with executive leadership.
- Ability to partner with and influence all levels of the organization, including senior management.
- Foundational project management skills required.
- Proactive identification and mitigation of process risks within a cross‑functional, global organization.
- Innovative and continuous improvement mindset preferred.
- Location: New Brunswick, NJ or Pinewood, UK.
- Travel: 10%–25% domestic and/or international travel, based on employee’s home location.
