Registered Mental Health Nurse – Behavioural Support

Role Overview

We are recruiting for a Registered Mental Health Nurse who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best People and has the drive to take us forward, ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver behavioural safety support seven days per week, including unsocial hours and public holidays, as part of the multidisciplinary team (MDT) within the Emergency Department.
• Provide therapeutic engagement, behavioural support, and de‑escalation interventions for patients presenting with behavioural distress, agitation, or acute mental health symptoms in the Emergency Department.
