Advanced Practitioner & Independent Prescriber (Part-time)

NHS is looking for an experienced Advanced Practitioner in Nottingham. This part-time role (8-16 hours/week) includes face-to-face and telephone clinics, diagnosis, and treatment management. The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree (or equivalent) in advanced practice and be a qualified independent prescriber, confident in managing a variety of conditions.

The position offers the chance to work closely with a multidisciplinary team in a friendly GP practice, committed to patient-centered care.
